Brissett Named Cardinals Captain

Jacoby Brissett, in his first season as a starter for the Cardinals, was named one of five team captains this season. The other captains include offensive captain Hjalte Froholdt, defensive captains Budda Baker and Mack Wilson Sr., and special teams representative Casey Kreiter.

This marks the fifth consecutive season for Baker as captain, while Froholdt and Wilson are repeat selections after becoming captains for the first time last year. Coach Mike LaFleur praised the captains, stating that their selection indicates teammates look up to them for keeping standards high and communicating effectively. michezonews.co.za
